This policy explains how Sleekax ("we", "us") handles information in connection with this website and our internal business tools, including tools that connect to Amazon services on our own seller and advertising accounts.
Website visitors. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and use them only to reply to you.
Amazon business data. Our internal dashboard retrieves data about our own Amazon seller and advertising accounts (for example sales, inventory, advertising performance and search analytics) through Amazon's official APIs. We do not request, store or process customers' personal information such as names, addresses or contact details through these tools.
We use this information only to operate our business: answering enquiries, and analysing the performance of our own products and advertising. We do not sell or rent information to anyone.
Data is accessible only to authorised members of our team. It is stored with our infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare), who process it on our behalf under their own security and data protection terms.
Access to our internal tools requires authenticated sign-in, credentials are stored encrypted, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We keep business data for as long as it is useful for analysing our performance, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
